We are officially eight days into the New Year and into my 2025 mission statement.
I am working very hard on my floors and ceilings.
Example:
Vitals (one of my vitals is exercise): My floor is walking on the treadmill at an incline of 12, speed of 3, for 30 minutes.
My ceiling is doing that walk plus my weight training, stretching, and additional cardio after weight training.
The beauty of floors and ceilings is that, by doing my floor, I am still a success!!!
I am still nailing it!!!
I so believe in floors and ceilings.
