Auntieing

Saturday night, I got to Auntie.
I went  and finished up helping them eat their dinner.
Asher was SO independent and rocked it!
Anson, on the other hand, wasn't really feeling it.

I got Ans in the tub and Colton showed up at just the right time!
I was able to switch Anson over to Colt and get Ashy in the tub.
Anson LOVES his Colton.

Bath time finished.
Pouches for snack.
Books read.
Sign language practiced.
And, bed.

Snuggles with these two is just our favorite hobby!
They are getting so big and are doing so well!
Carrie has worked so hard on diet and resources for both of them!
She amazes me daily.

Can you believe Asher will be FOUR in one month??

Elder

Jackson was ordained an Elder a few years ago.
He was ordained in preparation to serve a mission.
A mission that he served honorably in Chile.

This Sunday, Kaydon will be ordained an Elder.
He doesn't plan to serve a mission for a couple of years.
However, he is very eager to be ordained an Elder.
He has asked his brother, Jackson, to do the ordination.

These days are the best ones yet.
I am so grateful for the example of my boys, their integrity, and their faith.

Teeny Tiny Kaya

This girl.
She thinks she is teeny tiny.
She is the most loving, sweet, kind, empathetic, cuddly girl EVER.
She loves her people fiercely.
She loves her people so fiercely that she can be a bit much.
We do love her.
That teeny tiny little girl of ours!

Goal Girl

Did I tell you that I promised myself to do one thing out of my comfort zone every single day?
I have done it so far!
Yesterday, I worked on my graphics skills.
I know that it looks less than professional...
But we are getting there!

Failure

I read a quote yesterday:
"Failure to fail is failure."

It is SO true.
Failure is not the worst thing in the world.
It's necessary.
Important.
Expected.
It makes our successes so much more sweet.

LF

See that?!
That's the left side of my face.
Doing it's thing.
LF.
Left field OR Left face.
I'm going to go with left face.

It's symmetrical today.
I thought I'd catch a moment where I feel confident about LF.

The New Year

And just like that, a new year is here!
We all go back to school and back to work and the world continues on.

Our first weekend of the new year was busy and wonderful.
The babies came to play.
I am forever going to call them "the babies," I am sure of it.

Jackson came yesterday and the boys played game after game after game.

Auntie even put together a big dinosaur puzzle for the babes!
Asher was unimpressed and soon after this photo, pushed it all onto the floor.

Games and food and football.
Running my new business.
Cleaning and organizing.
Busy weekend.

However, we did get some Leatherby's in!
Because Ihad a gift card, I suggested we stop at the best ice cream shop in the land.
It did NOT disappoint.
Mama loves me some ice cream!

I feel so motivated and enthusiastic about this new year.
I have two planners to keep me in check.
