How You Love

When Burke send me sunset pictures, I feel loved.
When Burke goes to Sam's Club on Thursdays so I don't have to on the weekend, I feel loved.
When Burke cleans all of the bathrooms, I feel loved.
I always feel loved and I am so thankful.

Hudson and his mommy brought Gigi flowers yesterday!
I walked into my office and there sat Mr. Hudson!
"Where PAPA?!?!"
Listen, Kid!

It's okay.
ALLL of the grand babies want Papa all the time.

And I did get a hug!

Ute Game

After Ryker won his second playoff game (Championship game, here we come) on Saturday, I took him to a teammate's house for a pool party!
While he was there, Bubba called Burke saying that he had two extra Ute tickets (for the 8 pm game).
Burke called me.
Bubba called Cooper, who was sitting right next to me on the couch.

I ran and got Ryker from the pool party.
Got them ready and sent them out the door to go meet their big brother and sister-in-law for some fun!!

These boys absolutely adore time with their biggest brother.
Bubba was 14 when Coop was born and 18 when Ryk was born.
He's such a good big brother and Suzanne is the actual best!!

They had the best time!

Jack & Isis Do Disney

These two cuties went to California this week.
Isis has never been out of the state and so they've been saving for Disneyland!!
I think it's so great for people to go to Disney without their kiddos the first time, just to experience it ALL!

We love these two!

This picture cracked us up!
I asked Jackson if they knew the girl that Isis was holding on to.
"NOPE!!!!!"
So funny!

Isis posted this today.
Sweet, sweet baby girls.
I'm positive they miss their mommy and daddy, too!

Back To Regularly Scheduled Programming

After I got the other 24 kids through the photograph line, it was Ryker's turn.
The coaches yelled at Burke to get in it with him.
Then they told me to step up, too.
All of the boys clapped.
Burke and Ryker told me to be serious.
Don't tell me what to do!
Gosh, I love this kid!

They won round one of the playoffs on Saturday.
They play round two this Saturday.
I am so, so proud of these kids.
They know their team mama loves them!

Cooper starts high school playoffs on Halloween.
At the last JV game, his coach found me afterwards.
He told me how proud he is of Coop.
He also told me he HAS to gain 30 pounds.
So...
Here we are!
Eating entire pizzas, followed up with a cinnamon roll!

Sadies

After a varsity football game, Burke and I came home to this cute sign on our front porch.
You'd think it was for ME!
I jumped up and down, squealing.
Burke called Cooper and told him to come home before he went to his traditional McDonalds after-game dinner with this friends.
He and Nathan showed up.
He didn't even notice the sign on the porch, at my feet, until I started pointing frantically at it.

Nathan was also quite excited for Coop.
Coop just smiled.
I immediately began vomiting words out of my mouth of all the ways WE could answer her.

He settled on this and I think it's darling!!

Kehlani's Temple Day

Saturday, the 11th, Gigi had some Hudson time while his daddy took a plumbing test and his mommy worked.
Hudson went to Uncle Ryker's football game with us and then snuggled with Gigi for a little bit.

Then Gigi headed to the Mount Timpanogos Temple to meet his uncle, aunt, and cousins.

It was Kehlani's temple day.
She was sealed to Mommy & Daddy & Sissies.
She is so beautiful.
Naturally angelic.
Sweet and kind and protective.

I asked her what her favorite part of the temple was.
She said, "Being there with Mommy & Daddy... and the toy room."

Oh, this beautiful family!

If only you knew how many people were begging Delilah for just one smile!

Gigi loves you SO big!

Ryker is a seventh grader.
He is also all-in on football right now.
He also loved baseball season & was on the all-star team.
He has adjusted so well to junior high... thank goodness!

This kid is our sensitive boy.
He loves science and math.
He is still my best cuddler & I hope that never changes!

I'm his team mom again this year.
It takes so much time and energy, but I'm so grateful to be able to do this!

He is doing great in school with grades.
I'm so proud of him.

Update - Cooper

Cooper is a junior in high school.
He is all-in on football.
He starts on the JV team and plays on varsity.
He is a defensive end.
Coop separated his SE joint weeks ago.
Last week was his first week back full-strength.

He is getting great grades.
He's a lot tech for Ed Kenley.

When Burke's brother died, he left Coop his old, beat-up truck.
It works great for Cooper.
He loves to hang out with friends and tell me all the things about all the things.
I hope that never changes!
