Caramel Corn Delivery
Last night I went straight home after work and made a double heaping of caramel corn. I bagged it and then loaded the quorum into the vehicle. I explained to them that we were going to deliver these bags to the widows and widowers in our neighborhood. I then told them that for the rest of the bags, we were going to follow the Spirit and deliver to them to those people in the neighborhood who we felt might need a pick-me-up. It was a success.
My boys have very sensitive souls. They are very sweet with people who seem to need an extra dose of love. They are sincerely kind to those who seem sad or hurt in any way. It was so sweet to listen to them wish these people a very merry Christmas.
It did my heart good to watch them do good for others. Isn't it funny how when we do things for other people, we are ALWAYS the ones who feel better afterwards?
