Marked safe from the needle(s) hitting my bone...again.

Year four without hitting the bone!

It's SO sore this morning, but not nearly as bad as when it hit the bone those years ago.

Last night was the last game for the Frosh Football Season.

I could not be more proud of our #52!

Cooper has absolutely put everything into what he does.

He STUDIES film.

He works out at the limits of his abilities.

He is coachable and teachable.

I don't have his stats from the year, but other teams have been very vocal about having to devise schemes for him, in particular.

What I'm most proud of, though, is his leadership.

He was voted team captain and has done that with integrity!

I can't wait to see where we go from here!

The sky isn't even the limit for Coop.

 

Needy

Football season is not over YET, but basketball season has begun.

Ryker had his first game on Saturday.

His games are in the old Central Davis Armory.

It's basically a bomb shelter, built decades ago.

They were scheduled to play a doubleheader at 8 pm, but the carbon monoxide alarm went off and that was put to an end.

Kaydon had a work meeting last night.

Stella was not happy about Brother leaving.

She waited at the top of the stairs for him, even though he had left the house...

Then she pinned him down!

 

Playoff Game #1

Ryker had his first playoff game on Saturday.

It was such a beautiful day.

We haven't had a bad-weather day yet for football - which is CRAZY.

He had quite the fan base.

Bubba & Suzanne.

Thankfully, Bubba helped me with the chains alongside Cooper.

Rian, Aria, and Hendrix came too!

We won!

Playoff game #2 is this Saturday.

Go Titans!!!

 

Thursdays with Hudson

Thursdays with Hudson.

He gets dropped off by his daddy at 5:20 AM.

Gigi gets up and cuddles with him on the couch while we watch a movie together.

At 6 AM, we go wake up Papa so Gigi can get showered.

His mommy picks him up around 6:20 AM.

Gigi leaves work at 12 PM and goes to pick him up.

He and Mommy are always asleep.

Gigi goes in and changes his diaper and we head out to Papa & Gigi's.

We eat.

Change into the clothes for the day.

And play.

A lot of playing.

A lot of eating.

We wait impatiently for Uncles to get home from school.

Gigi gets bread made and laundry done with Hudson's help.

Papa and Hudson put up the newest Halloween decorations.

We laugh.

And eat.

And play.

Daddy picks him up around 5:30 PM or 6 PM.

They go home and eat, bathe, and go to sleep!

Then Daddy drops him off Friday mornings at 5:30 AM!

Oh, I miss her.

She loves her daddy.

 

Wednesday Night Lights

Cooper, and Syracuse, played last night.

Wednesday night lights.

They played at Layton.

As Ryker and I were walking to the football field from the parking lot last night, I told him that the big boys went to Layton.

He was in his cute eleven year old awe.

It was a beautiful night.

Cooper played hard.

I'm so proud of him.

He had quite the fan base, too.

Bubba & Suzanne...

One more game this year - next week at home.

It'll be Tuesday night lights.

 

She Said Yes

On Monday, October 7th, Braxton (Bubba) proposed to his sweet girlfriend, Suzanne.

She said, "Yes."

We love Suzanne.

She is the crazy to his calm;

She is the best auntie to the babes.

She is an adventurer, just like he is.

They travel and camp and hike and do alllll the things!

We are excited for their adventure!
