I kind of love it.
I have loved this program I'm doing.
It's really helped me to focus better on my personal accountability, understand what food feels good to my body and what food does not feel good, learn about my body at this age and love it right where it is!
The lesson yesterday was on having a healthy relationship with food.
There are four points.
Yes, it absolutely relates to relationships with food.
But I also feel so strongly that it applies to our relationship with feelings and emotions, too!!!
1. Permission to eat all foods
2. Enjoying all foods without feelings of guilt or shame
3. Making mindful food choices
4. Honoring your body's feedback
Isn't that so great?!?!
Also, I've had tape-in then i-tip hair extensions for a few months.
The purpose of them was to add volume.
I'm over it.
LOL.
I'm just ready to have my natural hair be natural again.
BUT, Mama is still going to color my gray... so natural is just an ish-word.
