Awe, my 44 ounce.
This thing is my morning date like three mornings a week.
Lindy Hop with Diet Coke and extra ice, please.
It lasts me for hours when I'm at work.
It lasts me about 25 minutes when I'm at the gym!
I had a pretty bad post-stroke headache last night on my way home from work.
So, I went home and unloaded the dishwasher.
Then I went to bed.
Someone texted me and said that they were sorry that I was having that happen again.
For the first time ever, I said, "It's ok! Tonight I'm grateful that my brain is broken enough to tell me when I HAVE to lay down and close my eyes. I don't have the ability to push through it. I have to go home and lay down and rest. I'm actually not even mad at my brain tonight!"
This morning, I woke up and I'm dang sure I'm getting sick.
Probably a bad cold, but the fever has hit.
Awesome, not awesome.
In other news, I colored a picture that Braxton drew for one of Kaydon's assignments yesterday.
I don't do my children's homework for them, unless it involves coloring!
Then, I'm all over it!
Then, I'm all over it!
I was even okay with using crayons.
In other other news, Kaydon had a work Christmas party last night.
They did Secret Santa gifts.
He drew the name of a boy named Alex.
His manager told him a little about Alex:
Alex likes Throwback Mountain Dew, Wendy's food, Left Twix, Pops, and Back to the Future.
Kaydon did this:
Took Colton to Wendy's. Ate the food and used the Wendy's bag as a gift bag;
Bought a regular Mountain Dew and wrote "Throwback" on it with magic marker;
Bought a large bag of mini Twix's. Only two Left Twix bars were in it. He put those two in the Wendy's gift bag and ate the rest;
He bought him earphones from the Dollar Store. He hopes Alex doesn't choose to use them because he is concerned they will actually shock him;
Then, he had me print off a picture of Pops and added that to the bag.
That shiz right there is funny!
