Nature-ing for 75 Hard

I haven't hiked Adam's Canyon since the stroke.
It was NOT easy, but I totally did it!
I may or may not have cried when I got to the waterfall.
I DID!
I had to stop several times to get my body used to the elevation changes.
It was a perfect night.
The temperature was just right... I still sweat like a pig, but whatever.
The water was SO low, but still beautiful.
As we came back down out of the canyon, the lightening was beginning over the Great Salt Lake.
It was perfect.

Yesterday, after my second visit to the gym, we went on a drive up to Snowbasin.
Fun fact: they normally have Sunday outdoor concerts there through August.
They had one yesterday, but won't have anymore due to staffing shortages.
We didn't go into the concert; just hiked around the trails.
I have never been there and it was AMAZING.
The wind was blowing and the temperature was in the low 70's.

This is all really good because I've decided to start 75 Hard AGAIN.
I'm on day three and did my weights this morning at 5:30 am.
I can do this!
