Nutcracker

Burke's mom had a tradition of taking the girls to the Nutcracker.
Now that she has gained her angel wings, he is carrying on that tradition.
Yesterday, he took Rian and Aria to Capital Theater in Salt Lake City to see the performance.
Aria loved it.
She gave standing ovations through the entire thing!

In other news, on Sunday Cooper asked me to take he and Ryker to the store to get their dad and I a gift.
I told him that I was exhausted and needed to get home, but that I would take them on Wednesday.
On our way to the store, I asked them if I was going in or staying in the car.
"Staying in the car!!!"
Before we left, Burke asked them if they needed money.
"NOPE! We've been saving!"
So, I stayed in the parking lot while the two went inside.
They were hiding the bag behind their backs so I wouldn't see what was in it.
When we got home, they put the "Do Not Disterb" sign on Ryker's door and wrapped it all up.
I loved seeing the joy on their faces!
They LOVED getting us a gift.

And, while Burke was at basketball practice with Ryker last night I got this text...

Cute boys.
