Adam's Canyon with Kaydon

I told Kaydon last week that I really wanted to try to hike ALL of Adam's Canyon, again, before the leaves lessened in their majesty.
We decided Sunday, in between conference sessions, was the day.
It was perfect.

The colors were beautiful, especially considering the severe drought we are in.
The sound of the stream soothed my mind and my soul, as it always does.
We saw four snakes on our way up.
We passed lots of people, experiencing God's goodness along with us!

Kaydon is my hiker.
He is my free-soloer.
That boy has no fear when it comes to climbing mountains.
I prefer to stay on a flat surface.

We made it all the way to the top.
The waterfall was incredible!

I took a pretty hard fall on the way down...
Nothing that should shock anyone!
Kaydon pulled me up, dusted me off and away we went!

I am soaking up every minute that I can with this one!
