Buenas
tardes mis locos! Como le va? Este semana ha ido agotado! Estamos muy cansados
de la obra aquí en Los Alcarrizos!
Everyday
this week we had work up to our necks, shoot, we're tired.
Working
here in Los Alcarrizos or in the capital is exhausting and with the many
families that we're trying to help are growing as everyone here kinda just
knows everyone else (literally your best ally when trying to find someone is
all the children, they just knows stuff).
The
biggest news this week is transfers. On a mission 6 weeks is 1 transfer, and
yes, it was 6 weeks ago I got Elder Knight, and now I've been called to serve
down in San Cristobal Zone with an Elder Taddy (I don't know how to spell his
name) and will be put into a branch for the first time and will be district
leader for 4 other sisters and ourselvesof course... dang, and I thought our
president would finally go on to fire me! I'm just kidding. But I start there
Wednesday and fear has already started to creep in!
Here
it's easy, just get a wedding license and all good! Going into unknown
situations is one of the hardest things for me, I do not like it. But how many
times does Heavenly Father ask us to go forward in faith?
He
asked us when we lived with Him in His presence before our lives here.
He
asked us when we didn't understand a commandment or comment that leaders of the
church may day or reinforce.
He
asked us as he sent his son to die for our eternal lives.
He
asked this as we pray to him.
Or
when we're forced to move across the world.
I
face this now, I don't know what to expect or knowing what I should do.
I do
know that I must go forward with faith.
As I
do this, my invitation to you all, is to do the same. Go forward with faith.
Please, be my example, stop dipping your toes in the water and jump in, I
promise to tell you how cold it might be before, but promise to join me.
Because eventually the water will feel much warmer with time.
I
know and can surely testify that as we go forward with faith we can all live
happier lives, experience the joy and companionship of the Holy Ghost, and
Learn to have faith that will be used in the future to move yet the biggest
mountains in your lives.
I
love you my dear Family and Friends.
Elder
Jorgensen
