Late

I slept until about 9:45 this morning.
It has been a HARD week on my brain.
There has been a lot going on at work and I reached my peak yesterday.
After work, I went to the gym then tanning.
I got my 8 second hug from my Colton.
I talked to my Braxton.
Then tried to go to bed and realized that I needed to do a reset.

A reset requires a cocktail of medicines.
Usually I have to go to the hospital for these.
However the last time I was in the hospital, they told Braxton and I the homemade cocktail.
I have done it three times at home since.
The idea is that if it doesn't work, then I have to go to the hospital... which give triggers PTSD, so we try to avoid that.

I woke up at 9:45 feeling really good, so I came to work.
Usually it's about a 48 hour turnaround.
I gave my brain some serious props on the way to work.
Positive affirmations like crazy!

I'm grateful for laws that help those of us who have chronic health issues have time off that we need when we are not doing well.
I am grateful for co-workers who are legit amazing and who have learned all the signs of my brain wavering and are able to step in and take measures.
I am grateful for my children who endlessly care for their mama.
I am grateful for at-home medicine cocktails so that I can avoid the hospital.
I am grateful for this brain that is seriously legit.
I am grateful for this smile, that is only a little bit crooked today.
